The renovated Ferris wheel on the right bank of Jinji Lake, nicknamed “Suzhou’s eye”, is set to come into trial operation on Mar 28.

The upgraded Ferris wheel is 128 meters high, featuring 28 rotary capsules with unique themes for not only sightseeing but also meetings and parties. Each capsule is capable of accommodating up to 25 people, and a full rotation takes approximately 30 minutes. It allows the riders to enjoy a panoramic view of Jinji Lake.

Details about the opening hours, tickets and characteristic products of the Ferris wheel are available on the WeChat mini program called “Suzhou’s Eye”.

It is worth mentioning that delicious Chinese and Western food will be provided for riders from April, and ticket packages for families will be available later.

Advance sale starts from Mar 17, with 30,000 tickets for rides between Mar 28 and Apr 6. Additionally, 2,025 RMB180 commemorative tickets for rides on Mar 28 are sold through the WeChat mini program.
