The first List of Urban Parks of Suzhou was released recently. Four parks in SIP’s Jinji Lake Sub-district are on the list.

The Jinji Lake Rim Park extends along the shore of Jinji Lake. It is a wonderful experience to jog or ride a bike through the flower belts and clusters that form different scenes with the surroundings in different seasons.

The Baitang Arboretum, covering a land area of 60.5 hectares, consists of the plant nursery, isle, lake and hill that offer amazing natural landscapes, and gardens with various flowers.

The Fangzhou Park boasts deciduous trees and evergreen trees covering slopes, winding paths through the shades of the slash pine and bamboo groves, and a colorful children’s playground with slides, swings and other facilities.

The Xinghai Park features a design themed “Stars and Sea”. The attractions of the park are linked by the “Starlight” track designed with inspiration drawn from the 12 zodiac constellations.
