The third phase of Bicester Village Suzhou, a member within the Bicester Village Shopping Collection created and operated by British company Value Retail, will open next spring. It is expected to drive consumption upgrades in SIP.

Bicester Village Suzhou is located in Yangcheng Lake Peninsula Tourist Resort. Since the opening of its first phase in 2014, it has grown into a commercial landmark in the Yangtze River Delta region, renowned for its unique shopping environment and exceptional service.

The third phase of Bicester Village Suzhou draws design inspiration from the luxury shopping streets of Milan, Paris and London, blending Suzhou’s garden-style architecture with the ecological landscape of Yangcheng Lake.

The project will cover a land area of more than 30,000 square meters, of which the green spaces accounts for 40%, complemented by well-designed facilities such as VIP lounges and a waterfront leisure square.

Around 50 new brands will be introduced, bringing the total number of brands at Bicester Village Suzhou to over 250, making it the largest among the 12 Bicester luxury outlet destinations worldwide.
