An event was held in Yangcheng Digital Valley in SIP on Apr 24 with the aim of promoting innovative development of the local copyright service chain.
At the event, the Publicity Department of the CPC SIP Working Committee, the local justice authority and a number of copyright service and technology companies, legal service platforms and higher education institutions formed the SIP Copyright Protection Alliance.
Five experts from the legal, technology and academic communities were appointed mentors by the alliance. The mentors will provide support and advice for companies in SIP to protect their copyrights.
Kong Fanling, the founding partner of Shanghai Chuangdu Shengke Intellectual Property Agency, gave the participants a talk on protection of copyrights concerning AI-generated content.
Moreover, the Publicity Department of the CPC SIP Working Committee held an exhibition at SIPAC Building to spread knowledge on copyright protection, and the participants of the event visited Caye Technology, a developer and supplier of fully automatic coffee equipment, gaining a deep understanding of the importance of copyright protection.
