The “Neverness To Everness (NTE)”, a new supernatural urban open-world role-playing game (RPG) that is being developed by Hotta Studio, a subsidiary of Perfect World Games, has become one of the most anticipated games of this year.

Hotta Studio is located in SIP’s Yangcheng Digital Valley, neighboring many tech and digital culture companies. It has achieved a fast growth over the past six years, with about 400 employees.

The NTE, developed on Unreal Engine 5, features a supernatural urban setting designed based on inspirations drawn from SIP’s architectural style and road planning. It is set to release on consoles, PC, and mobile devices. Currently, preparations for the second-round test are underway.

Hotta Studio hopes that players can experience the essence of traditional Chinese culture through its games. Its last blockbusting RPG, “Tower of Fantasy”, introduces an exquisite oriental magical world that has piqued many players’ curiosity about traditional Chinese culture.
