The Suzhou International Commerce Centre (Suzhou ICC), a 310-meter-high building in SIP’s Jinji Lake CBD, recently passed the inspection for fire prevention, getting closer to its formal opening. It is expected to become another landmark by Jinji Lake.

Located at No. 418 Suzhou Avenue, Suzhou ICC is the first urban complex built by Sun Hung Kai Properties in Suzhou. It consists of the towering complex, a four-floor annex building and a garden-like square. It is a major project on the right bank of Jinji Lake.

The Jinji Lake CBD boasts a cluster of 100 commercial buildings, including 35 with an annual single-building tax contribution exceeding RMB100 million. The buildings are home to about 200 high-end professional service organizations, and 50 organizations that rank among top 100 nationwide.
