Vantive, a global leader in kidney care innovation, celebrated the 10th anniversary of its Suzhou R&D Center in SIP High-end Manufacturing and International Trade Zone (SIP-HMITZ) on Feb 21.

Vantive, formerly the Baxter Kidney Care segment, launched in late January as a new standalone vital organ therapy company following the completion of its acquisition by funds managed by global investment firm Carlyle from Baxter International Inc.

It is learned that patients across more than 100 countries around the world interact with Vantive’s people, solutions and services over 1 million times each day.

The R&D center is designed to develop innovative solutions for medical institutions and patients. With strong capability in chemical analysis and development of packaging solutions and materials, drugs and solutions and medical devices, it has brought about over 20 localized products since its establishment.
