SIP Administrative Committee signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Telecom Data Development Center and China Telecom Global on Apr 2 to launch collaboration in building Suzhou International Data Port with high standards.

Suzhou International Data Port, a project undertaken by Sungent DigiTech, a digital tech arm of SIP-based multi-business conglomerate Sungent Group, aims to help promote market-based allocation of data elements as well as safe and efficient cross-border flow of data elements.

At the signing ceremony, Sungent DigiTech and the Suzhou branch of China Telecom reached an agreement to carry out deep cooperation in securing cross-border data flow, facilitating sharing of data resources, and fostering an ecosystem of data elements to improve the service capability of Suzhou International Data Port.

The China Telecom Data Elements and Products Incubation Center was inaugurated to support and push forward the strategic cooperation.
