SIP formally launched a comprehensive enterprise service platform at SIP Citizen Service Center on Mar 15. This marks an all-around upgrading of SIP’s comprehensive enterprise service system.
The platform, also known as the main entrance of online services for legal entities, integrates 31 modules with over 100 applications for legal entities to get one-stop services for project initiation, intellectual property protection, employment, financing and other purposes. A chatbot serves online to offer help to users based on key words and Q&As.
The platform has been visited more than 800,000 times since it came into trial operation in late February.
Concurrently, the Suzhou Industrial Park Enterprise Service Hub was opened at SIP Citizen Service Center. Together with a number of grassroots comprehensive enterprise service stations, it provides a wide range of services to help enterprises achieve high-quality development.
SIP also launched 12 new services for businesses under the “Efficiently Fulfilling One Task” program, which has included 107 administrative services featuring simplified and optimized process, low cost and maximized convenience for businesses.
A video about application of AI in administrative services was shown on site, and a number of “administrative service and business environment experience officers”, including people’s congress deputies, CPPCC committee members, entrepreneurs and media workers, were designated to experience SIP’s administrative services and offer suggestions for improvement.
