Shen Mi, member of the Standing Committee of CPC Suzhou Committee and secretary of CPC SIP Working Committee, and his contingent visited the Real Estate Supermarket of SIP on Feb 7, learning about its operations.

The Real Estate Supermarket of SIP, with a floor area of about 3,000 square meters, was opened at Hall G of Suzhou International Expo Centre last November to provide one-stop, precise services for people to select and buy houses. It has the new house exhibition center, the roadshow center for real estate developers, the live streaming center and the one-stop service center which allow purchasers to go through all the procedures of buying a house in one go.

Shen and his fellows toured around the real estate supermarket and listened to introductions to its services.

At the later symposium, Shen emphasized that housing issues can significantly impact people’s well-being and urged the real estate supermarket to improve its services to help maintain sound and stable development of the local real estate market.
