A recommendation tour was launched in SIP on Apr 18 for the purpose of helping legal entities in SIP know better about the local comprehensive service platform specially designed for them.

The platform was created in March as part of SIP’s efforts to improve its business services. Also known as “the main entrance of online services for legal entities”, it integrates 31 modules with over 100 applications for legal entities to get one-stop services for project initiation, intellectual property protection, employment, financing and other purposes. A chatbot serves online to offer help to users based on key words and Q&As.

The first event of the tour was held in SIP High-end Manufacturing and International Trade Zone. In addition to an introduction to the platform, staff from SIP Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau, Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Customs and an executive of CPIC Life Insurance Company explained relevant policies to the participants from companies and answered their inquiries.
