Four AI-powered products developed in SIP for protecting intellectual property rights deeply impressed the participants of the event which opened in Suzhou on Apr 22 to mark the World Intellectual Property Day that is observed annually on Apr 26 and the 2025 National Intellectual Property Publicity Week of China that started on Apr 20.
The products, developed by SIP-based companies, are designed to help improve the efficiency of patent retrieval, analysis and commercialization and other tasks in the service chain for IPR protection.
One of the products, a VR headset, is designed for use in customs inspections for IPR protection.
SIP has been encouraging tech companies to develop AI-based solutions for IPR protection. The AI Industry Intellectual Property Rights Alliance has been formed, with AISpeech, Patsnap, Qichacha.com and Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University as the leading members.
