“SIP’s free accommodation sites and transportation allowance for young job hunters can address graduating students’ initial challenges in coming here to seek a job, thereby significantly improving the actual interview attendance rate. Its living allowance and the upcoming settling-in subsidy are expected to increase the retention rate of new hires.
