Greentown Real Estate Group Company Ltd, received the pile foundation construction permit on Apr 17 for breaking ground on a new project on a piece of land (No. DK20240337) in SIP.

The project, covering a land area of 29,683.72 square meters, will comprise ten 8- to 11-storey residential buildings and ancillary facilities with a total floor area of 86,480.82 square meters. It is expected to be completed in May 2027.

The company won the bid for the land plot in February and, thanks to the local authorities’ high efficiency, received the pile foundation construction permit only 20 days after acquiring the real estate certificate.
